The ever-indulgent Foie Gras returns to L'Eclipse. Throughout the months of September and October, L'Eclipse will have the renowned Rougié Foie Gras station added to its buffet offerings. Guests can enjoy the very finest Foie Gras cooked to order and served with a choice of up to six condiments. L'Eclipse buffet is priced at HK$468 per person, Monday to Thursday, and HK$488 per person, Friday to Sunday, public holidays and eve of public holidays, plus 10% service charge.

T'ang Court's Mid-Autumn Mooncakes
Celebrate the special festive season with mooncakes from T'ang Court. Enchanting presents for this festival include the traditional White Lotus Seed Puree with Double Egg Yolks Mooncakes (HK$268/box of 4), Mini Custard Cream Mixed with Egg Yolks Mooncakes (HK$168/box of 6), and Deluxe Gift Set (HK$268/box of 6 mini mooncakes and 2 cans of premium Chinese tea leaves).
Gift certificates are also available for sale at T'ang Court from 1 to 22 September inclusive.
Two Michelin starred restaurant T'ang Court has created a one of a kind luxury menu. The ultimate indulgent dishes include braised dried abalone with bech-de-mer and garden greens, double boiled superior shark's fin with Yunnan ham, Chinese cabbage in chicken broth. A luxury menu would not be completed without some impressive wines which have been paired by our talented sommelier. The Ultimate Luxury menu is priced at HK$3,200 per person and HK$5,200 with wine pairing and is available from September 2010. Tiffin Afternoon Tea at Palm Court
On September 4, 2010, Palm Court will launch its Tiffin Afternoon Tea. The two choices of tea have a fairytale theme of Sleeping Beauty and Beauty and the Beast. Each set includes a traditional three-tiered English afternoon tea with pastries, scones and sandwiches. The teas are priced at HK$178 per person and HK$298 for two. Children can also enjoy their own tea with the "Tiffin for Prince and Princess" priced at HK$88*.
