SAVOUR ORGANIC DELIGHTS AT THE BOSTONIAN



(Hong Kong – February 2012) The Langham, Hong Kong’s Bostonian restaurant will shortly be demonstrating its commitment to the environment by whipping up an array of delicious and nutritious organic specialties! Between 1 March and the end of April, Chef Mark Bannon will be using the choicest organic vegetables, poultry, meat and sustainable seafood to create what's sure to be a very special menu!

In selecting the freshest, most responsibly sourced ingredients from all over the world, Chef Bannon invites you to enjoy a variety of fresh dishes. Specific examples include a tasty Organic Carrot with Avocado Jelly and Lump Crab appetizer plus a scrumptious Organic Duck Crepe with Pumpkin Seeds as starter. Just head on over to the semi-buffet table during the Bostonian’s daily lunch and Sunday brunch and take your pick! Like to enjoy an even healthier dinner?
