(Hong Kong – November 2011) In response to the huge popularity of Fontanafredda and Wooing Tree wine dinners, The Bostonian announces the launch of another wine dinner event with Mischief and Mayhem from Burgundy, France on 25 November. The dinner starts at 6:30pm and the price is HK$1,088 per person plus 10% service charge.
Mr Attilio Zaffaello, the representative of World of Wines, a local wine importer is the guest speaker for the event. He will introduce the region of Burgundy and the characteristic of Mischief and Mayhem wines.
The wine dinner begins with Mischief and Mayham White Burgundy 2007. Executive chef Mark Bannon will pair his innovative creations with each glass, tailoring an evening with great fine cuisine and superior wines. Nibbling exquisite food and sipping excellent wine in a luxurious and elegant atmosphere, this wine dinner provides an ultimate dining experience for food and wine aficionados.
