T’ang Court

For a traditional affair, two Michelin-starred T’ang Court will be serving their award winning à la carte menu. Choose from renowned dishes such as, stir-fried fresh lobster with spring onion and shallots or sautéed prawns and crab roe with golden-fried pork and crab meat puffs. Guests who wish to add unlimited sparkling wine to their lunch or dinner can do so for just 188 HKD per person.

The Bostonian

The Bostonian has prepared a special Sunday Brunch, priced at 588 HKD per person. Guest’s who book The Bostonian Brunch can enjoy a buffet style starter, followed by a choice of sustainable seafood and sumptuous steaks, in the most arty of surroundings.

L’Eclipse

For family dining at its best, visit L’Eclipse. The buffet includes a choice of Oysters, Lobster and Wagyu Beef, as well as a dessert display offering a choice of over fifteen sweets. For just 488 HKD per person, guests can also enjoy unlimited sparkling wine with their lunch, dinner is priced at 668 HKD per person.

All Mums dining in T’ang Court, The Bostonian and L’Eclipse will also receive a very special gift.

Palm Court

“Colour me pink” afternoon tea will be served from 3pm to 6pm. Choose from an array of sweet, pink treats and enjoy a glass Moët Rose, for just 288 HKD per person.
