THE LANGHAM, HONG KONG CELEBRATES THE YEAR OF THE TIGER
(Hong Kong, January 2010) The Langham, Hong Kong has a two Michelin starred Chinese New Year planned for 2010 in T’ang Court. To accompany these food and beverage offerings, they have also created a luxurious room package to tempt you into getting away this New Year.
Chinese New Year menu at T’ang Court
T’ang Court has created a sumptuous menu with beautifully prepared, traditional, festive dishes, for you to enjoy with the family. Dishes such as: stewed sliced abalone with seasonal vegetables, braised shark’s fin with crab meat and crab roe and sautéed sliced lobster and scallops with red and yellow bell peppers will be on the menu and cooked to perfection by two Michelin starred Chef Siu. The menu is available from 14th February to 20th February.

New Year Pudding, Turnip Pudding and Taro Pudding, all of which are made with the finest ingredients by our award-winning chefs.
