Palm Court is getting up close and personal when top French mixologist and Grand Marnier® ambassador, Julien Defrance, makes a guest appearance every Thursday and Friday, from 23 April to 18 June during cocktail hour between 8 pm to 10 pm.
Monsieur Julien will have you stirred if not shaking with excitement with his sultry gallic tones when he asks if you are feeling fruity today! His passion and devotion to get guests in the right mood will certainly spice up the elegant cocktail hour at Palm Court. No two creations from Julien will be the same as they are all personal, be it fruity, dry, salty or sweet!
To make the Grand Marnier® cocktail encounter more mesmerising, Palm Court will also prepare a selection of complimentary “Taste of Grand Marnier®” desserts, including Grand Marnier® and Marmalade Soufflé, Grand Marnier® and Bitter Chocolate Cheesecake and Grand Marnier® Crème Brûlée.
