NEBRASKAN RANCHER STEVE HANSEN GALLOPS INTO THE LANGHAM, HONG KONG FOR 4TH JULY CELEBRATIONS
(Hong Kong, June 2013) Native Nebraskan rancher, Steve Hansen will debut at The Langham, Hong Kong with a produce-focused “All about Beef” dining programme from 4 to 10 July in The Bostonian. Executive Chef Food & Beverage Mark Bannon invites guests to experience an incredible culinary journey with his meticulously crafted beef-inspired menus.
To celebrate American Independence Day on 4 July, Chef Mark and his team have prepared a mouth watering five-course U.S. Steak and Wine Dinner featuring succulent beef dishes paired with a range of fine American wines. Highlights include U.S. Strip Loin Beef Carpaccio, Lavender Honey Roasted Short Rib and much more.
Beef aficionados will enjoy the upcoming Beef Appreciation Night on 7 July where Steve Hansen will share his abundant knowledge. A sumptuous platter will be served to each guest featuring Beef Tartare with Quail Egg, Rib Eye Wrapped Mozzarella, Cep Mushroom and Beef Pie, as well as Truffle Crusted Sirloin.
Savour the irresistible Beef Tasting Menu available during dinner service from 5 to 10 July featuring Stone-grilled Petit Mignon, Rib Eye with Herb Garlic Butter, and Braised Chuck Eye Roll with Horseradish Cream.
For lunch, guests who enjoy a semi-buffet lunch can opt for the US Carving Promotion which upgrades the main course to US prime rib served with gratin potato, almond beans and buttered carrots. Priced at an additional HK$28 from Monday to Friday and free on the weekend of 6 - 7 July.
