St. Paddy’s and Sevens Fever Hit Main St. Deli
St. Patrick’s Day, celebrated on 17 March, commemorates Saint Patrick and the arrival of Christianity in Ireland. This year, Executive Chef Food and Beverage Mark Bannon has created a special a four-course Irish-themed menu priced at HK$318* per person, starting with an Ireland Tasting Platter featuring Irish smoked salmon, smoked haddock, Dublin Bay prawn with parsley dressing and baby leek compote, followed by a choice of Irish Stew Lamb or Guinness Braised Ox-tail and Baileys Cream Brulee as a sweet finale.
“It wouldn’t be St. Paddy’s Day without Ireland’s favourite drink so we have Guiness on tap available for guests to enjoy,” said Chef Mark.
Another event that whips Hong Kong into a frenzy, every March, is the Rugby Sevens. On 28-30 March, tuck into a wide selection of comfort food and beers post match.
