MICHELINE TWO-STAR T’ANG COURT CELEBRATES THE YEAR OF HORSE

(Hong Kong, December 2013) The Langham, Hong Kong rings in the Year of the Horse with a special menu and festive puddings by Executive Chef Kwong Wai Keung from the award-winning Michelin two-star T’ang Court.


Chinese New Year Menu
Chef Kwong and his talented team have created a sumptuous menu with beautifully prepared, traditional, festive dishes which all carry auspicious meanings to celebrate with families and friends.

Highlights include Double Boiled Dried Oysters, Pig’s Tongue and Sea Moss Soup, Braised Whole Abalone with Fish Maw and Beche-de-mer, Pan-fried Semi-dried Oyster Filled with Minced Pork, Chinese Celery and Coriander, and Turnip Ring Stuffed with Conpoy.

T’ang Court chefs have also meticulously created an irresistible selection of Lunar New Year Dim Sum such as Baked Pastry Filled with Bird’s Nest, Peanuts, Sesame and Honey, Crispy-fried Dried Oyster and Shrimp Rolls as well as Golden-fried Bean Curd Fritters with Mixed Nuts and Mayonnaise, which are available during lunch service.

The menu is available from 31 January to 6 February 2014.


T’ang Court’s Festive Puddings
T’ang Court has prepared three delicious homemade puddings; New Year Pudding, Turnip Pudding and Taro Pudding, all made with the finest ingredients. Priced from HK$168 per box, each pudding makes an impressive gift for loved and respected ones. Orders will be taken from December onwards.
