THE BOSTONIAN LAUNCHES NEW TRUFFLE MENU AT THE LANGHAM, HOMG KONG
(Hong Kong, August 2013) This October, to celebrate the start of truffle season, Executive Chef Food and Beverage Mark Bannon is pleased to welcome all truffle aficionados to sample his elegantly prepared Treasures of the earth Truffle Menu at The Bostonian. Also known as “treasure of the earth”, the fragrant black truffle is widely recognised as the gastronomic gem of the world.
Boasting an enticing aroma and unique flavour, Chef Mark and his team have selected the precious black truffle to create a range of exquisite truffle dishes. The premium menu offers luxurious specialties, including Black Truffle Jumbo Scallop, Celeriac and Ganny Smith Apple and Seared US Beef Mignon with Foie Gras Ravioli, Truffle Confit Vegetables.
Another recommendation is the specially crafted Black Truffle Filled Welsh Lamb Rack and Black Bean Ragout which simmering method is used to create an exceptionally juicy and tender dish.
Treasures of the earth Truffle Menu is available during dinner service only from October to end of November.
