Celebrate Mother’s Day with Nourishing Skin Menu at T’ang Court

Healthy skin is one of the important elements of self-esteem, and therefore many people, in particular females, pay special care and attention to ensure their skin glows and shines. Therefore, if you are thinking about how to show your love to your beloved mom this Mother’s Day, the Nourishing Skin Menu of T’ang Court will be your perfect choice.

The 8-course Nourishing Skin Menu  (please see menu attached) is specially created by Executive Chef Siu Hin Chi of T’ang Court, and is perfect for people who are seeking for healthy diet options or menus that would revitalize the skin complexion. The Menu is consists of dishes made with ingredients rich in vitamin E, collagen and protein, all of which are good for improving the look and tone of the skin. Starting with Chilled Marinated Pork with Jelly Fish, the menu also comprises of items abundant in selenium, magnesium, protein and omega 3 such as abalone, bech-de-mar, shark’s fin and garoupa. The highlight of the menu is the Stewed Fine Multi-Grains served in Ossein (the collagen component of bone) and Chicken Stock. The Ossein, prepared in a heart-shaped jelly form, is presented in a sizzling hot small clay pot of multi-grains which melts the ossein, and makes it a perfect accompaniment for the multi-grains. The lavish menu is rounded up with Double Boiled Papaya with Snow Fungus, as well as Baked Egg Tartlet with Bird’s Nest.

The Nourishing Skin Menu is priced at HK$1,000 per person (subject to 10% service charge) and a minimum of 2 persons required. For enquiries and reservations, please call T’ang Court on 2375-1133.
