Indulge yourself in the Palm Court Chocolate Bar now enhanced with Valrhona elements. Delectable chocolate creations including Triple chocolate mousse torte, Chocolate jelly with pineapple and violet and Chocolate lavender brûlée, specially designed by our Executive Chef, Mark Bannon, are readily available to satisfy your sweet tooth. For a break from the sweets, guests will also be served with a three-tier tea stand which features both traditional English and Asian style savory treats such as Honey cured gammon ham with cranberry relish and Barbequed duck tea biscuit. Also available is the finest selection of Valrhona pralines, ganaches and hot chocolate drink.
On top of these dainty items, 9 kinds of selected premium teas from the renowned tea brand – Ronnefeldt, will be served.
Time: 3:00pm to 6:00pm (every Saturday , Sunday and Public Holidays)
Price: HK$208* per person, including freshly brewed coffee or tea.
