The newly rebranded interactive dining restaurant, The Food Gallery, impresses you with its
modern ambience and extensive selection of international seafood, French foie gras and much more.
Valentine’s Day dinner buffet is available on 14 February from 6:00pm to 10:30pm and priced at HK$799
per person.

Couples who dine at The Food Gallery from 14 February to 31 March (lunch and dinner only)
have a chance to win two World Traveller economy return tickets from Hong Kong to London flying
British Airways and experience an enchanting two-night stay with breakfast in The Langham, London*.
You simply need to “like” The Langham, Hong Kong Facebook page, show restaurant staff the
Facebook page has been ‘liked’ and present a copy of the meal receipt to receive a special
comment card to enter the competition.

Main St. Deli

Comfort food is on the menu at Main St. Deli where couples can enjoy Tarragon Lobster Bisque,
Roasted Australian Grain-fed Rack of Lamb, Grain Mustard-walnut Crusted Fillet of Sea Bass
and a delectable strawberry-inspired dessert to end on a sweet note. Valentine’s Day set menu
is available on 14 February during dinner service and priced at HK$398 per person.

The Bostonian

Need to ignite the romance? Head to The Bostonian for a five-course menu designed to indulge
and ignite passions using the finest aphrodisiacal ingredients. Valentine’s Day set menu is available
on 13 and 14 February and priced at HK$ 1,088* per person (minimum two persons) including
a bottle of Veuve Clicquot NV Champagne and a special gift to take from Veuve Clicquot.

T'ang Court

Two-Michelin starred T’ang Courrt is all set to impress you with a super-indulgent six-course menu,
available exclusively on 14 February during dinner service and priced at HK$1,388 per person
(minimum two persons). Order a glass of Champagne for HK$118 to elevate your enjoyment.

Palm Court

There is always magic in the air when it comes to dessert at Palm Court. The talented pastry
chefs have designed a Chocolate Lovers Afternoon Tea featuring meticulously crafted Pink Rose
Valrhona Chocolate and Raspberry Marmalade, Hazelnut and Chocolate Chip Cupcake, Symphony
of Valrhona Chocolates, warm English scones with clotted cream and jam, accompanied by an array
of savory selections. The Afternoon Tea is available on 14 February from 3-5:30pm and priced at HK$448
per couple.
