The Food Gallery Chinese New Year Classics and Sichuan Heat


Our interactive seafood restaurant kicks off the Lunar New Year with an addition of traditional festive dishes to their buffet choices. Expect classics such as Black Moss with Long Cabbage, scrumptious Fried Noodle with Crabmeat and Prawns, made-to-order Wok-fried Shanghai Rice Cake and Stir-fried Pancake Roll with Shrimp and XO Sauce.

For those who like it hot, We also will be showcasing authentic Sichuan dishes expertly prepared by our culinary team throughout the month of February. Spicy-food aficionados can savour famous dishes from the region, such as Poached sliced Beef in hot Chili Oil, Geleshan Spicy Chicken and Stir-fried Pig Tripe with Chili and Shallot. Expect bold, pungent flavours and taste the Sichuan heat.
