T’ang Court Presents Vintage Wines from Lebanon – Château Musar

Come taste the unique expressions of Château Musar with an exclusive menu prepared by T’ang Court’s Executive Chef Kwong Wai Keung. The sumptuous seven-course menu complements these standout vintages on offer. Boasting over 50 years of wine making experience, vineyard owner Serge Hochar will be making a guest appearance that evening. He will be sharing his stories and explain why this Mediterranean vineyard is famed for its ancient viticulture tradition of hand-picked grapes.

Ultimate Autumn Delicacies

Michelin-starred restaurant T’ang Court presents a wide selection of tantalising autumn delicacies, including Double Boiled Eel with Fish Maw in a Chinese Herb Soup, Braised Eel with Black Mushrooms and Roasted Pork, Stewed Lobster with Hairy Crab Meat and Roe and much more. Executive Chef Kwong Wai Keung and his expert team have sourced only the finest ingredients, such as hairy crabs from Yangcheng Lake. Come and visit T’ang Court to indulge in the most coveted seasonal treat! The Autumn Delights menu will be available for lunch and dinner from October to the end of November.
