T’ang Court presents Dr. Loosen Wine Dinner

Riesling aficionados will delight in T’ang Court's latest wine dinner collaboration this September.

Executive Chef Kwong Wai Keung has designed a sumptuous seven-course menu to complement the standout Rieslings on offer by famed German winemaker, Dr Loosen. Boasting over 26 years of wine making experience, Dr Loosen Rieslings are characterised by its balance of sugar and acidity making it an ideal pairing with fish and other seafood.

One new dessert is the chilled Celery, Bitter Marrow, Cucumber, Green Apple, Pepper and Honey Dew Melon Soup specially designated for people who are seeking healthy diet options designed to revitalize the skin and offer great health benefits. New dessert items consist of dishes made with ingredients rich in vitamin C, collagen and protein, all of which are good for improving the look and tone of the skin
