Michelin-starred restaurant T’ang Court presents a wide selection of tantalising autumn delicacies, including Double Boiled Eel with Fish Maw in a Chinese Herb Soup, Braised Eel with Black Mushrooms and Roasted Pork, Stewed Lobster with Hairy Crab Meat and Roe and much more. Executive Chef Kwong Wai Keung and his expert team have sourced only the finest ingredients, such as hairy crabs from Yangcheng Lake. Come and visit T’ang Court to indulge in the most coveted seasonal treat! The Autumn Delights menu will be available for lunch and dinner from October to the end of November.

Chef Kwong is proud to present a new dim sum menu featuring 14 delectable summer specialties. One new dessert is the chilled Celery, Bitter Marrow, Cucumber, Green Apple, Pepper and Honey Dew Melon Soup specially designated for people who are seeking healthy diet options designed to revitalize the skin and offer great health benefits. New dessert items consist of dishes made with ingredients rich in vitamin C, collagen and protein, all of which are good for improving the look and tone of the skin
